Last night I had the most amazing dinner at my new favorite restaurant, Osteria Mozza. It is my favorite Iron Chefs restaurant, Mario Batali. For my first course I had delicate mozzarella over a bed of prosciutto. It was perfect. I had wild boar ragu with fettuccine, and farmers goat cheese ravioli. All I could say was Yum. For my main course I had prosciutto wrapped quail, and my dad had a Fennel pollen coated pork loin with Sanbuca liqueur flambe. I had chocolate cake with brandy ice cream, and rosemary olive oil cakes for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant, it was amazing.
