Today I went to cooking camp at Katie’s Cooking School. Here are some of her recipes. Thanks Katie.
Cheese biscuits
2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. butter
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1. preheat oven to 45o degrees. 2. Mix ingredients in a bowl. 4. put dough on flour surface and knead gently until smooth. 4. Roll out dough until about3/4 of an inch thick and cut into circles. 5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
