			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi blog readers,</p>
<p>Last night I had the most amazing dinner at my new favorite  restaurant, Osteria Mozza.  It is my favorite Iron Chefs restaurant,  Mario Batali.  For my first course I had delicate mozzarella over a bed  of prosciutto.  It was perfect.  I had wild boar ragu with fettuccine,  and farmers goat cheese ravioli.  All I could say was Yum.   For my main  course I had prosciutto wrapped quail, and my dad had a Fennel pollen  coated pork loin with Sanbuca  liqueur flambe.   I had chocolate cake  with brandy ice cream, and rosemary olive oil cakes for dessert.  I  highly recommend this restaurant, it was amazing.</p>

<p>Cheese biscuits</p>
<p>2 cups all purpose flour</p>
<p>2   1/2 tsp. salt</p>
<p>1/2 tsp. dry mustard</p>
<p>3 Tbsp. butter</p>
<p>2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi chefs.  I am going to tell you how to make the most popular food in the US, burgers.  Here is my version of your  average fast food meal. Here is what you need.</p>
<p>3 potatoes</p>
<p>1 tablespoon  garlic</p>
<p>1/4 cup vegetable oil</p>
<p>1/4 cup blue cheese</p>
<p>2 cups cooked spinach</p>
<p>1/2 pound ground turkey</p>
<p>3 french rolls</p>
<p>What you do is preheat oven at three-hundred-fifty degrees.  While your oven is heating cut your potatoes into sticks and drizle them with garlic and oil.  Put your potatoes in the oven for 1 hour.  Next cook spinach in  a pan at medium heat.  Next make pattys out of turkey meat.  Grill pattys until ready then put them on the roll with blue cheese and spinach.</p>
