{July 17, 2009}   10 minute pizza

I know how to cook a pizza in ten minutes.  What you need are.

1 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup diced onion

1 piece of pita bread

3 slices monzerrella

What you do is take your piece of pita and put the parsley, onions, and monzerrella on top of the pita. Next bake it in the micro wave for 2 minutes and then serve.

Cooking is an art.    You have to use imagination.  You cook from your heart not your head.   Mix it up a little sometimes.  It may not turn out good but you learn from your mistakes.  The best thing about cooking is the produt that you come up with in the end.  It might be burnt it might be raw but you always end up with something.

{July 16, 2009}   Stuffed Mushrooms

Hi it’s Gracie Gourmet girl.  Today I am going to tell you how to make stuffed mushrooms.  First I will tell you how to make the filling for the mushrooms.

Filling:

1 cup cream chesse

1/4 cup rosemary

1/3 cup cooked garlic

Whip the ingredients listed above together.  There’s your filling for the mushrooms.  Now to cook the mushrooms.

All you need is 11 brown italian mushrooms.  Then stuff the mushrooms and you are done.

{July 15, 2009}   Super easy salad dressing

Hey whats up.  Here is my favorite dressing I have ever made.   Here is what you need.

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup water

1cup oil

1/4 cup chopped basil leaves

1/2 cup seasame seeds

What you do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl and done ,that is my favorite way to cook salad dressing.

{July 1, 2009}   Pesto

Pesto is one of the most well known pasta sauses in the world.  My personal favorite pasta sauce is pesto.  I know a great wayto make pesto that is healthy and tasty.  Her is what you need.

1 lemons juice

1 cup toasted pinenuts

1\2 cup olive oil

1 cup parmesan chesse

and 11 basil leaves washed

Tat is all you need to make the pesto.  Start by toasting your pinenuts.  Tip for you don’t put olive oil in the pan with pinenuts because pinenuts are very oily.   Then put all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until the mixture is thick.

{June 30, 2009}   Smoothies

If you like smoothies you’re in luck.  You can put fruit in a smoothie or vegetables in a smoothie.  My favorite smoothie is a raspberry madness smoothie.  Me and my friend came up with the recipe.  Here are the ingredients that you will need to make the smoothie.

1/2 cup raspberries

1 cup ice cream

1 cup milk

Add as much of the ingredients as you want and blend it all together with a splash of almond extract.

Whats up.  It’s Gracie Gourmet Girl.  I just made the best donuts ever.   Heres everything you need to know about the donuts.

What you need:

pizza dough from your local pizza joint and I don’t mean dominoes

cinnamon and sugar

What you do:

First you make little balls of pizza dough.  Next fry the balls of dough until golden brown.   And finally sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

{June 29, 2009}   Pineapple egg rolls

Hey you guys I just tried out a new recipe and it was awesome.  They’re great for breakfast or dessert.  Heres what you will need.

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 of sugar

2 cups crushed pineapple

1 cup oats

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 cup pineapple per egg roll filling

Here is what you do.   Mix the ingredients above together except for the filling.   Ladle batter into frying pan.   Wait until the batter is cooked on 1 side then flip the batter.  Once the other side is cooked take it off the frying pan and put on a plate.  Then place filling on top of the batter and roll it up.
